InSite Arts and Healing was created by Sydney Swanson.

“I’ve spent most of my life trying to compartmentalize my various artistic and body-based healing interests and finally realized that was creating chaos inside of me. Like the water crashing on the waves above, something was trying to get in, and alchemize into something new. My photographic eye informs my dance and dance film-making, and my movement experience and lived experience in my body provides insight into the bodies of others to provide healing support.”
